I hope to offer you choice and control in the way your data is used. You are invited to consent to me keeping specific data. Consent is not a precondition of the services I offer. You can withdraw consent at any time, without detriment.
NOTE KEEPING
When we are in a Coaching relationship, I will discuss with you at our first meeting what you are comfortable with in terms of me keeping process notes. After our contract has ended, if you would like me to, I will shred and dispose of this confidential material as per our agreement.
I keep minimal content notes which I hold for seven years. After this time frame, they are disposed of securely.
You have a right to see the information I hold about you should you wish to. You have a right to change any information which you consider to be incorrect.
Though there are some details I need to keep for legal and professional obligations, you can ask me to delete all/any of the information that I hold by emailing me.
I occasionally use creative interventions, but any drawings or art done in session is yours. I will store this material safely and dispose of it in a timely manner and never use any of your data/artworks for writing, publishing, research or training purposes without your written consent.
DATA STORAGE
I promise to keep all sensitive data safely. This involves my anonymising, using passwords and encrypted documents. I keep all written notes in a locked document store and dispose of them after seven years. No one but myself, as data processor and controller in my practice, has access to the information gathered and held during our work together.
While we work together, I store your name, phone number and email address in an encrypted database, which is protected by a password. When we discontinue working, I retain your name, phone number and email address, together with the location, starting and ending dates of our work together in the same protected environment.
I do not store any of your personal details on my mobile phone other than your telephone number. I only contact you in response to you or concerning appointments. I do not engage with clients through any social media without their consent.
When I share client material or images this is always done with the client's permission, confidentially, protecting your identity.
Every step is taken to ensure GDPR standards are met.

Our office is in Bradford on Avon, just outside Bath.
We are very flexible, happy to travel to your place of work or another suitable business location. We are happy to work throughout the UK and of course work online.
For training/ team events: If you do not have a preferred location, we can make arrangements with venues, where we have preferential rates.
For Coaching: Clients can choose to meet at or near their place of work or home. We also have access to other suitable business spaces, if preferred. Coaching online is also available.
INSURANCE: The People Advantage has professional indemnity insurance for coaching, training, education and consultancy, and public and products liability insurance.

We offer special rates for not for profit organisations and charities
We only charge travel, if the venue is over 20 miles from BA15.
