Coaching strategy, managers as coaches, internal coaches,

For another organisation, I wrote a coaching strategy and created a robust, high-quality coaching service accessed online comprising:

  • master-practitioner external coaches
  • a cohort of accredited internal coaches with CPD and supervision
  • and managers using 'coaching conversation' skills.

    I implemented software to match coaches with clients. Employees were able to request a coach online and usage reports were produced. I carried out extensive evaluation and a return on expectations analysis.

    In 2 years, after 100 coaching partnerships and demand still building, I collected testimony about the

    "far-reaching impact on individual and team performance and value for money".

    Measuring employee engagement - with buy-in, leading to realistic actions

    I was tasked by a large organisation to review, improve and launch an organisation-wide employee engagement survey. This involved scoping, external supplier procurement, new governance arrangements, working groups, communication and engagement strategies and benchmarking. I delivered the survey on time, in budget; achieved an excellent response rate and was awarded a merit payment for the project’s efficiency and excellent actionable outcomes.
