Measuring employee engagement - with buy-in, leading to realistic actions
I was tasked by a large organisation to review, improve and launch an organisation-wide employee engagement survey. This involved scoping, external supplier procurement, new governance arrangements, working groups, communication and engagement strategies and benchmarking. I delivered the survey on time, in budget; achieved an excellent response rate and was awarded a merit payment for the project’s efficiency and excellent actionable outcomes.
