The aim is is to help you gain a rounded view of how you are perceived by others, understand your strengths and weaknesses and highlight aspects of your work needing professional development.
There are many 360 questionnaires we could tailor to suit you/your organisation, or link to your competency/behavioural framework. After your self-assessment, we gather feedback from others e.g. your peers, colleagues, customers, senior managers and a report is produced. I then provide a confidential feedback session.

The Team Management Profile (TMP) will help you get to know more about yourself, the way you lead and communicate with others and how team members make different contributions. The TMP provides a common language for you and your team.

TMP helps you choose the type of work and career where you are most likely to excel; identify how easily you can operate in areas away from your main preferences; who you need to complement your way of working, and why some people are easier to work with than others.

I was trained by the leading MBTI practitioner in the UK and see MBTI as a tool to start a conversation rather than an end in itself. We are more than just the sum of our preferences and at the end of our session you will not feel you have been 'put in a box'.
MBTI is the best known, most trusted personality assessment on the market, providing a constructive, flexible framework for understanding individual differences and strengths and helping you understand your personality traits, biases, drives, stresses, triggers and strengths, within the context of a group or outside of work.
The result is a highly personalised profile and development plan to help improve communication, make better decisions, manage change, deal with conflicts and build cohesive teams.
MBTI can also be used on a team event to increase the team’s awareness and raise the level of mutual respect for each other’s personality types. This could be a newly formed team who would like to better understand their behaviours, responses and group dynamic or a more established team wanting an invaluable insight and 'health check'. Alternatively, we could deploy the TMP with your team.
Afterwards, I can provide additional sessions to review the implications of your profile in the context of specific factors e.g. stress, conflict or negotiation.

Why you might be interested in the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)
Because no two individuals have exactly the same expectations and desires, conflict is a natural part of our interactions with others.
TKI has been the leader in conflict resolution assessment for over 40 years and is designed to measure a person's behaviour in conflict situations where the concerns of two people appear to be incompatible. Used sensitively, it can open discussions on difficult issues and facilitate learning about how conflict-handling modes affect personal, group, and organisational dynamics.
